# The Leverage Map

A compact worksheet for deciding where intelligence changes a market.

## 1. Name the old constraint

- What is expensive, slow, scarce or difficult to coordinate today?
- Who currently absorbs that cost?
- Which part is genuinely cognitive, and which part is institutional or physical?

## 2. Describe the capability shift

- What can a model or agent now do reliably enough to enter the workflow?
- What still requires context, permission, review or accountability?
- What becomes abundant if the capability diffuses?

## 3. Locate the new scarcity

- Which context cannot be gathered from public data?
- Who owns the right to act?
- Where does trust become more valuable as output gets cheaper?
- Which failure is expensive enough that users will pay for confidence?

## 4. Design the product boundary

- What should the product prepare?
- What may it execute with standing permission?
- When must it pause and ask?
- How can every consequential action be explained and reversed?

## 5. Test the business

- What outcome improves?
- Which unit should pricing follow: seat, usage, workflow or result?
- Does gross margin improve as the system learns?
- What compounds with every customer interaction?
